My experience in this area:

I am the Associate Director for the Western Cooperative for Educational Telecommunications. We are a membership-based organization with members from colleges, universities, schools, corporations, and non-profit organizations located in 26 states, Canada, and Mexico. Our membership has had considerable discussion on these issues.

What I hope to learn:

Want to be able to learn about or participate in efforts to help mold the TC Act of 1996 decisions to best serve our members.
