My experience in this area:

More than 20 years of teaching a college course on social philosophy of technology; currently consulting with non-profits in my area; on the East Lansing Community Network Taskforce, and working with an initiative to create a community based research and action network. Universal access to the internet is a theme that runs through all four.

What I hope to learn:

Ascertain the direction of current FCC rule making; discover resources to assist low-income groups and non- profits in getting access to the internet.
