How I heard about Network Democracy:

My Dean got the information from an acquaintence at the University of Alaska.

My experience in this area:

I am a founding member of a library consortium of 15 multi-type libraries in a rural area of Arizona. We cover an area about the size of the state of MA with some very remote sites. My college is interested in delivering asynchronous learning modules throughout the county and we need to also provide access to library resources through the Web.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to understand the impact of the act and possibly influence some of the recommendations.
