How I heard about Network Democracy:

Through an e-mail message posted by a colleague.

My experience in this area:

I have spent 28 years as an extended education administrator in the California State University system. During that time I have helped to implement numerous educational technology and distance education projects. I was for a number of years coordinator of media services for the California State University system and systemwide Dean for Extended Education.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to gain insight into the public policy decision making process as it relates to the use of the publicly owned electro magnetic spectrum and to have an opportunity to express my views and opinions on the issues. To be an advocate for placing interactive multimedia programming and services at the disposal of the nation's educational institutions and organizations for the purpose of improving the quality of education and improving access for all learners, young and old. To ensure that the best technology available is used to further the education of our citizens because education is the engine that generates equal opportunity, economic prosperity, and the well being of our people.
