My experience in this area:

I was a math teacher and math supervisor in the Fairfax county (VA) Public Schools for 25 years. My most recent experience was developing and launching PBS MATHLINE, an online professional development service for teachers of mathematics.

What I hope to learn:

I expect to learn about the new telecommunications legislation as it applies to schools, and hope to help inform the FCC about the value of online connections for teachers.
