Ohio Department of Education distributed an EMail message outlining the seminar.

My experience in this area:

I coordinate information processing services for more than 600 public school districts in Ohio on behalf of the Ohio Department of Education as part of the Ohio Education Computer Network (OECN) and its 24 regional technology centers.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn how the OECN and Ohio's school districts can benefit from the provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
