My experience in this area:

I am Manager of Educational Relations for BellSouth in Alabama --which means I manage our relationships with schools and colleges in the state.

What I hope to learn:

I am interested in hearing how schools and libraries will define universal service. We have a long way to go from classrooms that now don't even have an ordinary telephone line to full connectivity and networking. I am also interested in how we will be able to balance the schools' needs (and wants) against the realities of providing funding to meet those needs.
