I'm an academic librarian who is interested in potential public and academic research use of the Internet. I'm also interested in promoting the Internet as the healthy public forum to discuss and exchange information and different perspectives on important public issues.

What I hope to learn:

I haven't really studies the Act and I hope to learn what it means and what it can do.
