From a ListServ (don't rtemember which one.

My experience in this area:

I followed the Telecom bill of 1992 in Wisconsin. I have been following the fed bill. I have written the FCC and talked to FCC people in person.

What I hope to learn:

Stay abreast of the developments with the fed bill and how the fcc will interpret the Universal service portion. I don't have much faith. We have NOT lobbied well.
