I am the Deputy Director for the State Library in Oklahoma. We are vitally interested in the Universal Service provisions and I have filed comments with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and the Federal Communications Commission regarding universal service.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn more about what the terminology and issues are that we should be requesting for libraries in Oklahoma.
