My experience in this area:

Attended CoSN tech seminar in March; have been participating in state-wide telecom efforts, and universal service discussions and writing. deal with school libraries and library technology efforts daily.

What I hope to learn:

What plans for schools and libraries are being discussed; how will these plans will effect schools and libraries. What direction is Un.Srvc taking regarding schools and libraries? and what efforts need to take place at the 'grassroots' level to create positive impact on schools/libraries.
