How I heard about Network Democracy:

Via a number of the listservs I am on and also through the BellSouth Foundation, where I was a summer intern.

My experience in this area:

I am a PhD student with a primary research area of universal service. I have written three papers on the subject and it will be the topic of three more this semester!!

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn about the perceptions of others about universal service and also gather information useful to my studies.
