My experience in this area:

For 16 years I have worked in a variety of library settings in public service, administrative and consultant positions. I have also worked closely with schools on integrating technology into their classrooms. As a library/education technology consultant I am well aware of the issues schools and libraries face regarding technology access issues and also am able to provide feedback from librarians and school personnel.

What I hope to learn:

Gain a better understanding of universal service issues in order to provide up to date information to those I work with.
