My experience in this area:

I have worked in private and public education with students of all ages and abilities. I have experienced the positive influence of network resources on student learning and on my own professional growth. I have developed and implemented a technology plan, for a K-8 school, that involved networking and acquiring internet access.

What I hope to learn:

I hope to learn how others are addressing the needs of their schools/districts/communities as they attempt to move into the 21st century. I hope to participate in the collaborative development of recommendations/solutions to the dilemma of how universal access will become reality. I hope to contribute, in what small way I can to lessening the gap between the "haves" and "have nots".
