Which schools/school districts qualify for low income subsidies?
     We would like to cover how to determine a certain income standard
     for each school/school district to follow.  Therefore, no school 
     will be slighted when it comes to providing equipment and access 
     for the internet.


What specific equipment and services will be covered?
     It is essential to know what is needed for the access and how much 
     is provided.  This will give the schools time to plan a budget to 
     offset any onsite cost.

Will there be any funds for onsite training of school personel?
     In order to prepare and educate the students for the future with
     technology the teachers and staff must be fluent themselves.
