I would agree with the statement about educational value

We have found that many students and teachers do not (unless provided
with time, encouragement, and technical support) use any technology.

We have also found that technical support is not enough

HOWEVER...if we made equipment and connection simpler it would sure
make life easier for everyone... Here we are operating in 4 FOUR
technical environment and it can make strong men weep.
