We pay for our "special person" (A.K.A. yours truly) by offering classes after school and in the evenings. Ea also rent out our lab to businesses for offsite training on the weekends and in the Summer." We find many businesses enjoy being asked by schools or community groups (such as night adult classes or other businesses) to furnish qualified personnel to present classes, workshops, or just speak to one class. They feel recognized in their community roles, would be gaining company PR, and the school could provide the location and computer labs--again combining everyone's resources for everyone's benefit to utilizing the technology our taxes pay for through Universal Service or whatever plan eventually serves schools and libraries.
