ACTIVITIES:

We are in transition from NOVELL networks to Windows NT at our high school. We are also installing wide area networking equipment to support voice, video, and data.

BARRIERS:

Lack of knowledge associated with years of experience. The relatively youthful age of the industry combined with rapidly changing and improving "standards" gives one the sense of trying to hit a constantly moving target. Also the comparatively short life expectency of the expensive hardware.
