Fiber backbone between 8 high school, 1 middle school and administration buildings. CAT-5 at H.S., CAT-4 AT M.S. AND 6 Elementary. 1728 network drops in all. Moving to Win-95, eithernet. Have Web site and 56K frame relay to AIU.

BARRIERS:

Lack of funds to acquire active hardware, NIC, firewall and proxy servers.

GOALS:

One Authenticated server, one firewall, mail proxy server, sufficient bandwidth. Connect High School and Middle School libraries, administration offices to the 56K relay circuit.
