ACTIVITIES:

12 workstation lab plus 15 building-wide workstations on an ethernet backbone connected to a Unix box. All these stations are on the internet. They also have simple file and print sharing in a peer-to-peer setting.

BARRIERS:

Constantly changing specifications. Funding. Justification. Some things you just know are necessary require complex solutions that are not readily understood. An example would be the question "what are they going to do with it?" The real question should be "what aren't they going to be able to do?"

GOALS:

1. Add an NT server as our web server and use our unix server for mail and ftp. 2. Network the business office into their as400 3. Add a novell 4.11 server to the internal network for a client-server model.
