WE MUST ACT NOW!

Dear Partner,

The City of Pittsburgh and the I-Net Working group have been working on a
proposal to connect high speed telecommunications to the City, schools,
libraries, and our neighborhoods. You are invited to a critical meeting of
the City and our Working Group.

Tuesday, September 7 Deputy Mayor Tom Cox will provide a status report on
the City's efforts to have TCI/AT&T build the I-Net. Based on this report,
Deputy Mayor Tom Cox will join in on a discussion regarding actions needed to
create the I-Net.

The next two months are critical to the future of Pittsburgh becoming a
high speed telecommunications center with strong community ties due to TCI's
cable franchise agreement with the City of Pittsburgh expiring in October.

There is limited space and lunch will be provided. You must RSVP to
Rflanag@Aol.com by September 6, 12:00 midnight or call Jennifer Fadzen at
(412) 441-9833.
