I believe I did just that, by explaining how to answer the mail personally. It may prove easier for someone to push one button " REPLY ", than it is to take the time to type the individual's e-mail address. I'm sure you understand that. Though I personally don't blame you for multiple responses (personal apology not needed as given in your response ), I do thank you for your comments and regular suggestions.
Take care
JT .

Subject: Comment from Rick Flanagan
People are struggling with the use of this new technology. I am sorry that
people are not using it just right but it is your job as Mayor Tom
Murphy's/Weed and Seed technology leader to gently educate them. I do not
feel the attitude that was expressed in your correctional e-mail is very
helpful. You need to be a teacher that shares good ideas--not dumps on us. I
DO NOT FEEL THAT PEOPLE ARE INTENTIONALLY BEING INCONSIDERATE!
What could be helpful is if Weed and Seed would take some additional
leadership in moving the I-Net forward. This could be a major outcome for the
Federally funded Weed and Seed initiative.

When addressing these I-net e-mails, answer directly to the sender via their
own e-mail address. Otherwise everyone on this mailing list receives
everyone's response and comments. I really don't want all of that mail and
I am sure from speaking to others listed, they don't either.
Be considerate. Thank you.
