NOTES: Brick church building, 65 ft. front by 110 ft. deep with heavy towers, and brick parsonage, raised 8 ft. 6 in., hill excavated and both buildings moved to rear 20 ft. into hill, on account of widening of East Ohio Street 20 ft.
