This video, which is narrated in English, will tell you about border changes and emigration from Germany. State and local archivists and librarians speak directly about their collections and what information you need to give them in order for them to help you. Church archives and their records, which were written in the old script, are discussed. The videotape answers where to research in Germany, and which archives or libraries can fill your specific needs.
