Mr. Marion G. Bryce,
c/o United States Glass Company,
Pittsburgh, Pa.

Dear Mr. Bryce:

I received your wire requesting me to get Hughey Adams' affects and have them expressed to his home in Pittsburgh.

I sent Mr. Steimer down with this telegram as he is acquainted with Hughey's aviation friends down at Rockaway and trust he will get his affects expressed this afternoon. He is not back yet, so I cannot tell how he made out.

Too bad about Hughey, but it is something I have always expected. He gets the name of being the most daring flier at that base, and I guess you know his reputation.

He was idolized by his comrades and everybody that knew him liked his good jolly disposition.

We are all sorry to hear of his untimely end. Good boys like him are scarce.

Yours very truly,
[Fred] Craig
