Transparency

I have mixed feelings about Choice #3. I really believe we do need spending limits, so I disagree with the lack of limits --- but I spark to the part of Choice #3 which is about greater transparency. Aren't we all tired of seeing paid political ads from groups like "People united for a better future for our children" that give you no real clue about which political entity was behind it?

I don't know about other states, but California is really making strides with on-line disclosure and it makes for fascinating reading. On the other hand, only a fraction of the populace has the time or interest to follow this type of information.
