Regarding on-line access to disclosure -- public libraries and, increasingly, school libraries provide on-line access to those who do not have it at home. With some investment, other points of access to public information on-line could be made available. It would be great if students in school learned more about public access to information, and responsibility to & for that information, as they were better educated as citizens.
