"Money and Politics"- A Summary From Yesterday's Conversation

This is to let you know that a summary from the third day (Wednesday, March
21, 2001) of the online forum--  "Money and Politics: Who Owns Democracy" is

Choice #1: "Reform the Campaign Fund-Raising System."  Please visit the
