This is to let you know that a summary from the third day (Wednesday, March
21, 2001) of the online forum--  "Money and Politics: Who Owns Democracy" is

By late Wednesday evening (Eastern Time) 98 forum participants had posted at
least one comment or question since the beginning of the forum on Monday.

Today is the second day of two days of online deliberation focusing on
Choice #1: "Reform the Campaign Fund-Raising System."  Please visit the
