I completely agree that a Master Plan should include vocational training funding. The most cost effective and far reaching of all the currently existing vocational training venues is the adult schools and RCOP programs that exist through the state. We reach a broader population at varyiing levels than either the Jr. College of UC systems and at far less cost. Includiing any industry involvement in our programs would only enhance our students capabilities and their subsequent opportunities. I think we are the perfect arena for implementing such an idea.
