- Topic: Emerging Modes
The plan seems to equate technology with electronic communication and computers. There are other important technologies in science that are important for our students. In biology and chemistry, the modern technologies of electrophoresis, chromatography, mass spectometry, and tools in genomics and proteomics are technologies in which our students must be trained. Other technological areas have their specialties that must be addressed.
